After watching my insurance rates rise year after year, and being told by my current agent that "we don't do house calls", after 35 years I decided to do some shopping. In my own home town I found Cyndi Philbrook's Farmers Insurance Agency. We went through all of my policies and I got equal or better coverage for about 60% of what I was paying. Plus now I know my agent and she knows me. I like that.
