I was born in Olympia and raised in Rochester by my mom and grandpa. Eventually, I made my way down to Castle Rock when I met my husband. We have settled down in Winlock with our son. The insurance industry is ever-evolving. No policy or client is the same, but we are here to help in any way we can! Honestly, the relationships that we can develop with our clients are what excites me most about this job. I watch Peggy and Cyndi talk daily with clients and see how their relationship is more than just business-related. It really touches my heart to see the office care so much about the community and be so involved with clients. It’s rather refreshing, and I can’t wait to get to know our clients better.

PRODUCER/OFFICE MANAGER

When people ask me where I am from, I tell them “I grew up on the West Coast”.  I was born in Santa Cruz, California and have made my way to Lewis County, Washington. My experience in the insurance industry is that no two policies or clients’ needs are the same.  People have different needs, so we try to make sure we can tailor a policy to each individual.  I try to make sure people understand their coverages.  We like to let them know we are here for them. When I am not spending time with my family, I enjoy being outdoors or listening to music.  I also enjoy quilting, chocolate, and reading. I am passionate about a non-profit organization called Linus Quilts.  They make quilts for families in need, who may be going through a very difficult time and could use some comfort.  

Cyndi Philbrook

OWNER/LICENSED AGENT

I grew up in Kelso, Washington, and graduated from Kelso High School, Lower Columbia College, and Western Washington University. I’ve been an agency owner for the last thirteen years and I very much enjoy making sure my clients are correctly insured while educating them on their policy choices. In my free time, I enjoy reading, listing to podcasts, taking my dog out, and going to the beach. I also enjoy working on growing the Toledo Community Foundation, the beach, and my family. I co-founded the Toledo Community Foundation and am also passionate about the Dolly Parton Book Giving Program, United Women, Lions Club, Hope Alliance, and supporting local schools. I am a life learner. I have a lot of subjects that interest me such as home improvement, health, finance, social causes, and, of course, insurance.
